    Apart from the paddle!

    Convenient size and able to use under wall cupboards on worktop. So far made six loaves and bread all good apart from the paddle which gets stuck on the shaft and needs soaking to remove. I have tried putting oil and butter on the shaft without success and the only suggestion from Tower has been to take the paddle out before baking - defeats the idea of a bread maker! Would be so good to bake without giant hole in the bottom of the loaf which I have never had before in 30 years of experience.

    Great little machine.

    This is one of the very few bread makers on the market that allow the delay timer function to be used for the DOUGH ONLY programme as well as for loaf programmes. This was the main reason for my purchase. It also makes great loaves of bread. :) Quiet with a large choice of programmes, along with size and crust colour options. Oh, and the silver compact design looks smart too! The only negative is that the fruit/nuts dispenser is ridiculously small, so I never use it.

    I TRIED THIS OUT AND MADE SOME BREAD THE FIRST TIME WAS O.K BUT NOT GOOD THE SECOND TIME WAS USELESS I DID AS THE INSTRUCTIONS SAID BUT MADE NO DIFFRENCE THE BREAD WAS A FLOP I DON'T LIKE THIS BREAD MAKER I HAVE USED MY OLD MORPHY RICHARDS BREAD MAKER NO TROUBLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOWER BREADMAKER TO ANY ONE UNLESS YOU LIKE DIGITAL TYPE MACHINES DON'T BUY IT

    Brilliant machine, easy to use, easy to clean.

    Tower 11002 Bread Machine. Wanted a bread machine for ages and resisted because everyone said it will be a two minute wonder. I don’t think it will, my first efforts have been good and tasty. It is a little noisy on the ‘mix’ part of the programme and so I’m not sure it would be appreciated if I put it on overnight yet! But I don’t think it’s any noisier, if as, my mixer. Brilliant machine, easy to use, & clean. The only downside is that the viewing window does steam up, but this may be because it’s new.

    So far, so good

    This is a good looking machine though it takes up a little more space than I anticipated. The manual and recipes are basic but Ok to get started. However the quantities are not always easily measured with the measuring beaker. I am particularly pleased with the "horizontal" rather than "upright" shape of the loaf. The baking provides a nice crusty cover. It is still only early days .. wait to see how it performs over the months to come.

    Easier instructions on how to and when to use dispenser and recipesfor

    the instruction and recipe book is not very clear on how and when and recipes for dispenser, including weights. Having had a bread maker since they were invented, normally Panasonic, I do make lots of types of bread and now have to spend time on translating these to your machine.
