Good game, just be prepared for tough combat at low difficulty.
I've played the whole series now, and have sworn an awful lot. I like the mix of puzzles and climbing, being a Tomb Raiderer. With regard to the combat, I chose to play easy to start with, then play again at increasingly harder difficulties... quite honestly, with all 5 games, 'easy' should be a heck of a lot easier than it is set at - in this games there's no target-assist. I've been playing games for 35 years+, and I'm used to firing weapons in-game, but how many head shots make a head shot? If I shoot you in the head, it's not likely I have to do it more than once unless I need to blow your helmet off first. I died more times than I cared to at this low difficulty level, places to duck behind sometimes weren't there and if baddies snuck up behind me while I'm trying to take out the RPG man...? I try to roll away from cover when a grenade is thrown, only for the character to refuse to comply, giving me very sore thumbs trying to force him to move. If I shimmy round a rock, somehow the baddie I'm changing my angle of attack to knows I've moved even though he cannot see me. I dread to think what brutal difficulty will be like... if I make it there. I've played Naughty Dog's The Last of US on 'grounded' and fared much better, lol. That said, buy it, make your own mind up. It's not at all bad, just frustrating at times.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wants to be a film more than it wants to be a game
Uncharted 4 is certainly spectacular, but after the Nth spectacular escapade it all begins to feel numb. The graphics are superb, but the gameplay is hampered by the game's aspiration to be a film - there's really only ever one place to go, one thing to do, and I couldn't shake off the feeling that as a player this tended to involve being very murdery - the twist was blindingly obvious from the start, and it renders the justification for wholesale slaughter even more spurious. I tried to play non-lethally as much as possible because I didn't feel like I had the right to kill all these mercenaries, but the game doesn't give you much of an alternative in many parts. The game could have turned this around with a darker ending where your mass murder has some serious personal consequences, but ultimately doesn't appear to have the balls.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Super game a great finish to a epic series

Superb addition to Uncharted franchise
This is another excellent addition to the Uncharted franchise, and the first to come to the PS4 (remastered PS3 versions aside). Uncharted 4, A Thief's End on PS4
Bought as a gift for my sons 12th birthday even tho' rated as an 18. Not been one of a PS player myself, more an ageing pinball wizard but even i was drawn into this games compelling adventure. Excellent graphics detailing and an adventure even i found hard to break away from. The only down side to this game was that my son completed the whole game in less than a day so maybe not such great value for money especially if your looking at spending anything like the full retail price, check out Ebay for a good deal on this game now. If like me you find yourself struggling to fine suitable age appropriate games for the PS4 this is maybe not to bad. Yes it is violent but for a change the bad language although in there is a little milder than most and only used in context with the action. Hope this helps:-)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My son loves this game
My 11 year old son says this game is so realistic and u can do parkour and u can drive cars. When he plays this game he feels like its actually him in the game Over all he is so happy with it and I'm so satisfied with my purchase.
