High Quality Steak Knives
I purchased six of these knives and they were an absolute bargain. They are extremely well made with polished wooden handles that are easy to hold and with very sharp blades. I have tried them on different types of steak and in each case they dealt with the meat very easily with little effort. I have not tried them with any other type of meat although I am sure that they would deal with any meat with ease. they are stylish, functional and good quality. Steak knives from Brazil
We first used these in a restaurant, they are excellent for meat dishes. They may appear too large at first but as soon as you use them you just 'get it'. They are well made and feel good in the hands. The blade is really good, but don't put them in the dishwasher because it will strip the varnish off the handle.
