It's a must for anyone with walking difficulties that sometimes needs a wheelchair. The walker itself is very sturdy and really good to sit down on if you need a rest. When you use it as a wheelchair, it's really comfortable. I only have one issue with it and that's just where the bag is positioned. You have to lean right over to use it. I just left it off.
