My cat has been eating this for over 5 years as well as Hills renal wet food, he also has ProPlan renal dry food as well and is fine and is healthy eating those foods, but I gave him Royal Canin Special dry food which has Calcium in it which I didn't know at the time, I thought I was being good to him giving him what I think is a good food but expensive. The vet checked all the food that I ws giving him and said not to give him the Royal Canin renal food because his calcium was raised and that has calcium in it. My cat will be 10 years old in Aoril, he has had Kidney disease since he was aged 5 years old and feeding him this food has kept him healthy. My only complaint with this food is it seems to have more gravy in it more than meat which Hills has in it. I mix the 2 renal wet foods together so he will get the same pouch at each meal. As I said, Reuben my cat seems find feeding him Hills and ProPlan so I would not change this. But Pro Plan is more expensive on eBay than what I pay from Animal Online for it. I order over £29.00 of food which then gives me free postage. Hope this helps some oneRead full review

Has really helped our cat, who is now 16 years old. He really enjoys the taste, as well.
