Easy and pleasant to take
It is very pleasant to take. Anyone having problems swallowing will find this easy. You just squirt 4 times on the tongue or inside of cheeks, once a day. Tastes of apricots. I cannot say if it is affective yet as I haven't been taking it long enough but I am having blood tests next month and will be able to give further info then. I did some research on vitamin B12 and found out that most contained cyan cobalamin ( hope I've spelt it ok) that meant it released cyanide into the body. It suggested methylcobalamin was safer and this product does contain the methylcobalamin and not the other one.
