Bought this to help track my training. It has a decent layout allowing you to track 12 exercises & 5 sets per session. Plenty. It also has the duration, cardio and reminders for drinks/shakes too. There isn't anywhere specific to record your weight & measurements but I'll just use the back of the pages as I go. Only other thing I'd say the pages could've been a bit thicker as these may rip out easily but we'll see.
