Inedible waste of money possibly a hazard to heath
I bought this as a tester for the catering section of my Business, to move on and accept that Vegans do need catering for. I followed the instructions to the letter and at the end of the required cooking time tested it to see if it needed any more time, it passed the test and placed it on a wire rack to cool. Trust me it didn't smell very nice. I returned after a time to ice the cake only to find it had glued it's self to the wire rack. I managed to get it onto the icing board with a great deal of effort and a whole lot of care, I decided to make a cuppa to have with the cake, There was a ring of grease around the cake like some cheap fried meal Cutting was no problem but when I tried to lift the slice onto a plate it was stuck, I had to scrap the cake off, it's taste was as close as you can get to eating cold badly fried bread. It was inedible and in my view a waste of money,
