Stacking this supplement with low cal diet, and, pre, NO, Agmatine Sulfate, creatine, thermal, allowed me to loose weight and keep most my strength, I do see a diffeeence in my gains, but the price is a little overboard esp, when it’s not a simulant but stacking it with this combinTion does wonders, before and after pic posted 230lbs 25%BFmay 2017,- Jan 2018 178lbs 15%BF
