Bandai does it again!!!!
This kit fits right in the scope of Bandai perfectly perfect kits!!! The kits fittment is astounding! The scale is dead on in 1/144th scale. The stickers, (sigh) yes stickers add some good detail, but I used my own water slide decals scavenged from other kits. Then detail painted the crafts to make them more lifelike. Then used a semi gloss top coat to seal it all in. This kit fits well with the rest of the mini numbered kits of the other starships. If you decide to use the stickers you will need to lightly burnish them down to get good bond on the model. I do recommend washing them with some Dawn dish detergent. This kit had some mold release agent still on them. Then dry them well before assembling them. Detailing them will add to the realism of the ships. Use some sprue nippers to remove parts and lightly sand the nibs. No adhesive is needed to assemble the kit, but, I always use a little Tamiya fast drying liquid adhesive for assembly. I find this make the kits a little more sturdy and assists in alignment of components and prevents parts from being lost from falling off, example is Millennium Falcons dish antenna.
