Over all a Outdoor Lodge Dutch Oven cook book!!
Mostly outdoors cooking. some receipes fairly complicated, on the whole not a beginners book. Topics are well organized...best recipe with this book read a day before not on day of meal cooking. if you are a competent cook excellent layout, meal prep.
