Old-fashioned JRPG
It reads the language of your PSP and will automatically display English. Don't know why it never got a NA release but I consider it worth the price to import.

Fantasy RPG
Good game. Though sadly got a glitch so i couldnt unlock the chocobo theme or artwork. But it worked great. Its old but its best version of the modernized version of FF3. Not bad game!

Not the best FF but it's a great port for the old school RPG
This is the way to go for FF3, everything is a bit better than the DS version. If you put the UMD in a NA console, it'll boot in full English so don't worry about it being a JP version.
