Excellent gluten-free pastry mix.
My wife has suffered from severe gluten allergy since she was a baby, and finding or making a suitable flour for her has always been a big problem for us, either because of brittleness or lack of flavor (I get to bake and eat it too!) We discovered this product several years ago and it has been a life-saver for us: we consistently achieve excellent results with savory and sweet short-crust and with suet pastry. We always keep it in stock and long may it remain available.
