Excellent secateurs for the price.
I would have given five stars as they shouldn't rust and they are very sharp as supplied. My criticisms are there is no rubber buffer to soften the jarring to the hand having cut through something hard and the closing catch is a bit fiddly and can close it self when the secateurs are in use. They are however excellent value and are likely to need less maintenance, as they shouldn't corrode in normal use. The wooden handles may rot eventually if left in very damp conditions for a long period. I have used them for light to moderate pruning and found them very good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

cheap for a reason
Poor quality . The bolt and nut holding them together has to be loosend through out the day as they manage to tighten themselves . Now have to carry a 10mm spanner with me. Also the handles are poor qualiety held together with a putty that has now started to flake away. Also they managed to lock themselves while working . This product as should not be brought buy someone looking for quality product or quality cut , will let you down one way or another .

Cuts as well as expected so far. Seems very sturdy and promises a longer life than the « reputable » rival make ones I bought last . They lasted one season!
