Some excellent stretching and breathing exercises, user friendly layout
Pros: Good clear instructions and nicely laid out pictures and text to ensure good posture
Cons: Day two (so second pose) is the tree pose - as shown on the front cover, so if i truly followed the prescribed method of learn one pose per day, be able to hold, in a relaxed manner for a minute and then move on next day to add to your repertoire of poses; i still be stuck wobbling and demotivated on the second page.
