    Proper, usable recipe book written for all levels of home cooks.

    Good to be able to feel pages and leaf through a proper recipe book when so much now is off a screen. I'm a fan of this author/chef Julia Child, she writes very clearly without pretention or faff and her recipes are very easy to follow. 5 star. I also have her 'bird in the hand'.
