This book deals with those who compulsively feel the need to always be doing something, including helping others perceived to be in need. It is almost as much an addiction as alcoholic behaviour. We all need to learn to rest from our haste, in a guilt-free way and ask the question did someone ask for help, and would they be better off doing things for themselves , before we dash in to help.
