Industry Standard
This is a known and tried product for me, just replacing it. It has a proven industrial pedigree, so naturally it works. I bought the 2700, replacing the 270 which had run out. The spec sheets match re. performance, the 2700 apparently having no substances of environmental or health and safety concerns which must be a good thing. Consider the stuff permanent unless you can seriously heat the components without damage. The kind of torque you have to put on to release them by brute force is scary, and likely to damage things. Chemically clean is the best approach, but it will stand a little contamination and work adequately. 'Dismantle-able' (for want of a better word) Loctites are available.
