    So many recipes in this book it's hard to know where to start but I will definitely give quite a few of them a go. Recipes are beautifully explained and you are encouraged to do a bit of experimenting for yourself. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in making their own pickles, chutneys and relishes. I have several books already but will be using this exclusively in the future.
