A humorous trip around the globe.
Richard Scarry books are both educational and really good fun. The illustrations are wonderful, with loads of things going on to pick out and talk about with your child. In Busy World several countries are explored, not in great depth, but with enough detail to pique interest. Fantastic Scarry's World 50th anniverary issue
Bought as a gift for a younger sister who loved the original book almost 50 years ago. The original has long gone and was a second-hand and well worn copy before she received it anyway. Looking at the same beautifully drawn characters, in wonderfully reproduced colour, was a nostalgic experience. Still as good after 50 years
