Was sceptical as most American authors tend to be very self appreciating. Not in this case and a gripping read and well written. Judy offers a hugely descriptive, compelling and often graphic download of her cases over the years yet retains a human and sympathetic side to what she shares. I did not think I would enjoy another book as much after I had read Dr Richard Shepherd’s accounts of his years as a forensic pathologist but this definitely topped it. Thoroughly recommended.
