Easy to handle and very effective
This is a great little machine. It's light and easy to handle and cleans hard floors with great ease. The rollers protrude slightly at each side so it even cleans right up to the edge, i.e to plinths, skirting boards etc. I like the feature that rinses the rollers in the stand, and that the rollers can be machine-washed with your laundry. I would suggest that you give your floor a good sweep or vacuum first. The machine picked a small piece of gravel which I had missed, and screamed like a banshee. When working its good but....
I have now purchased 4 of these in the hope of getting one that works. The roller drive system has a poorly designed clutch mechanism that fails if the rollers get stuck, after that time the rollers will refuse to spin when on the floor. The water feed system sometimes suffers from a blocked nozzle, often just refuses to work. The work around is to pour clean water on the floor and then clean it up with this machine Karcher refuse to assist with spare parts. But if you can find one that works and stays woking they do a reasonable job.Verified purchase: Yes

Don’t waste your money but the Bissel Crosswave!
