  • Excellent easybuild model

This is the third box of this kit that I have bought, it is really excellent value. The box contains two gun tractors, two limbers and two field guns together with crew figures for the tractors and complete gun crews for the guns in both European and North African uniforms. The guns can be assembled in both travel and firing positions, several different gun barrels, firing platforms and shields are also included giving early and late war options. A very well thought out package giving accurate models and plenty of bits over for the spares box. The only criticism is that there is no option to have the doors of the limber open provided.

  • An interesting new twist on an old favourite

PSC's 25 Pdr is a welcome update of the venerable old Airfix model, and a bit chunkier than the 1960's version, which was in the then-popular 1/76 scale. Where this set really scores over its Airfix ancestor is in two areas: a bigger, more animated gun crew are doing more realistic "gunnery" things (although their poses are still a little wooden!) and, best of all, the unique, eccentric CMP Quad, which looks like it was designed by Victor Frankenstein on the back of an envelope on a wet Tuesday afternoon - it's so much more interesting than yet another Morris Quad and I love its ungainly shape!

  • British 25pdr and CMP Quad Tractor

Good fit, straight forward to build. Very accurate as far as I can tell. Well up to the high standard I have come to expect from Plastic Soldier Company.
