Good, catchy title.
An excellent summary of Phil's exciting life and achievements, written in his own personal style. Great photos showing not only his many different bikes on the track but personal shots taken with many of the other great names of the era, a period which will never be repeated. Plenty of detail about the ups and down of his colourful career, as well as his private and family life. Altogether a really great book.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Superb book
Superb book, I baulked when it was £40, but at current prices it is a must have for enthusiasts. Mind you I can see why it was £40 it is a quality cofee table type production. It gives an insight into the character of a much misunderstood sporting hero, I hated him for years after the Read/ Ivy thing, now I see there were two sides to the story.
