Worth every penny
I was using a 30 dollar USB receiver with a limited range and limited connectivity (no more than two devices could connect to it). It became a hassle, so I read a review in Wirecutter that recommended Aundioengine B1 as their best rated product in the audiophile range. Once installed, the difference in the sound was astonishing (Peachtree Nova amp; Revel Performa speakers). Now I can take my sound source around the house without dropping the signal or the sound quality, and can also connect many devices. I am extremely happy with my purchase. One recommendation: I had initially connected the Audioengine B1 to the amp as the source of power, but had a lot of noise. Great Product
I was having sound issues with my former Bluetooth receiver, hooked up to an older but quality Pioneer receiver. This one performs so much better, excellant sound quality. It doesn't work so well with Stevie Ray Vaughn, but I suspect using different speakers might solve that. A lot more money than the one I was using, and worth every nickel. Audioengine B-1 - Excellent product
If you need distance coverage for Bluetooth reception this is the real deal. I get reception over 100 feet plus. Some 3 to 4 times more than units that give 10 meters (33ft). Reception and clarity is excellent. Can use on main floor of house and go upstairs and downstairs with no reception problems.
