    Cure for snoring

    I have tried a lot of products to stop my terrible snoring over the last few years. My wife has been complaining constantly about it. Plus I am not getting a full nights sleep as well as I am waking up through it as well. But after trying this mouth guard, I am not snoring any more. Also , I am sleeping a lot better now.     Doesn't really mold around teeth

    Doesn't mold around teeth as described so is effectively just the shape it comes in. It's also enormous. No idea why they've called it NHS. Not recommended and in hindsight i'd pay more for a more professional one from the outset

    I would not buy this again

    Saliva stays in the guard so when you take it out it dribbles, also I have a red line in the inside of my lip where the guard rests in the night

    It's just a basic mouth guard

    It's just a mouth guard, virtually no ability to mould it to your teeth so not good for getting a good fit (in fact the instructions are contradictory, it says both: "First mould the mouthpiece with hot water to comfortably fit your mouth" "Ready form technology allows you to wear this mouthpiece right out of the package without boil and biting"

    The guard should be made of soft silicone, tried 3 times and could not get impression of my teeth and gums. The product is too solid.

    Just made me dribble loads

    This may work for some, but for me it just made me unable to retain any saliva in my mouth. My next stop along the curing of TMJ and sleep apnea issues is to get the two mouthpiece options which are priced higher. Hopefully they will be better 🤞
