Great for putting screws in flush
Got this as my other cheap bit holder broke and thought get something better, glad I did holds the bits great, puts screws in flush not like I did before some were in some were sank in more but this puts them in the same every time. You can remove the shield if you come across a screw let's say below the surface to remove it and it work just like any other, the only thing I found is it does brake bits if you don't use impact bits but that was not the holder that was me

Very handy
I've got a Wera tritorsion magnetic bit holder too, which was twice the price but isn't as good in my opinion. This is amazing value, but best of all is the fact that the magnet engages the screw automatically, with the Wera you have to pull it forward manually, which is fine every now and again but tedious if you're doing a lot of screwing. The magnet is as strong as needed but the only downside is that you need to remove the magnet to change the bits. Not a big deal for me though as I'm typically using the same screws all day long.
