Tiny size
The sizing is terrible on this product. I am a size 8-10 and the support is very tiny around the upper back straps. So much in fact it cuts my circulation off around my shoulders at the front. I dont even think a woman size 4-6 would fit in it comfortably. The lower back strap on the other hand is really big and hangs off around my stomach with very ittle room for adjustment on the velcro. One size does not fit all!!

Misconception

Not worth it
