  • Did not meet my expectations

This book is not what I was expecting. The technical portion of the book (which is poorly written) focuses on the design of green roofs (just the plantings), so the title of the book and the cover photo are deceiving. I was looking for something that included technical design information on rooftop hardscapes, which this book unfortunately lacks. However, there are some really nice examples of rooftop gardens in the latter part of the book (for design inspiration), so I'm giving it 3 stars. I'm glad I purchased a used copy instead of a new one, since the book didn't meet my expectations.
