These pliers are pleasure to use.
The price increased when I placed the order. Excalibur Nail Pliers are made in Australia and although I found Excalibur's web site I was unable to place an online order due to a glitch with their area code entree field. I then tried ebay and found suppliers with marked up prices and selected the one with the lowest markup and was switched to one with a higher markup once I placed the order. Excalibur Nail Pliers are really designed well and by far the best nail pullers I have ever used They are designed with levers that provide mechanical advantage that make holding nails as they are pulled easy. In fact, I already had a pair that I misplaced and I ordered three-(3) more to replace mine and have to pass on to others as gifts.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good so far
In general very happy with the tool wouldn't mind a broader rocker arm base and the ability to add a cheater bar on the ends of the handles or just longer handles - hundreds if not thousands of nails to remove per job a little more leverage would be welcome - oak is a hard pull. Maybe an option for two handle lengths - i would probably have bought both lengths. Hopefully the jaw grip holds up - guess I can always regrovve them.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
