Great equipment
This mask works well, but takes some getting used to. I wear it on tye treadmill & will also wear it when cycling once I get more used to it. It also works well when doing strength training. Definitely worth giving a try. I also bought the black valves and the Bane sleeve. Installation of the new sleeve and valves was very easy. If you are wanting to "elevate" your workout, this is the tool. Be warned, you will feel like you are dying at first, but you get used it. Sort of.
This is a great product. It does not necessarily simulate elevation training, as many factors go into that, but it does decrease the air flow and increase heart rate. You work in a max cardio zone longer, quicker - which is why I purchased it. Wow just wow!
I don’t care what any review says this thing works amazingly to strengthening your lungs! I would skeptical but trying this thing it’s a Beast and So Worth the money! I use it pretty much every workout and run! Definitely follow instructions and start with 3,000ft elevation and work your way up don’t try and be Superman and start at the highest elevation you will hurt yourself. Great product I found the hardest thing was getting use to the mask itself besides that very comfortable head strap keep it securely on your head. Enhance cardio workouts with the elevation mask...

pretty much can count on altitude training just hard to keep the mask from breaking the seal when the mask is sweaty and the strap is kind of awkward to have on.. Elevation training no, Lung capacity yes
The mask is supposed to "simulate" training at altitude. While it seems to do that, what really is happening is that the training mask is limiting your ability to take big gulping breaths, so in all actuality it's training you towards having better lung capacity and usage.
