Limited, but powerful.
The ConsoleTuner is powerful, but not very intuitive to use. I've spent hours tinkering with it, but the biggest downside for me so far is that, while it can let you use controllers cross-platform, it has to replace a controller that you already have for that system. That's extremely limiting, and a bit of a letdown. The programming is not user friendly, although the script library is fairly useful and extensive. The GUI is confusing and labyrinthine. Overall, I wouldn't have bought it if I had realized how much of a pain it was going to be to actually get any use out of it. In addition, the requirement to purchase a compatible bluetooth dongle notched the price up into the "buyer's remorse" range.
If you want something to give you an edge, and you're willing to jump through all the hoops, it is a really neat device.
