The unit came very quickly, was well packed and very easy to instal. Just two plugs and four screws. It then formatted itself on power up without me having to do anything. It is now working perfectly and because it’s designed for 24/7 use I’ve no doubt it will work for many years to come. I was tempted to buy a new recorder as the old hard drive kept working intermittently. But this new unit has cured all of the problems. Warwick Kemp.
