    Nice Laser for the price

You can spend much more and true you WILL get more. But for a home office, the office jets just fail far too frequently and require far too much ink replacement making the unit a minor expense and the ink an ongoing headache. After researching several units, I opted for continuance of the HP line as my total Mac system set up in the house was geared to the HP protocols. Easy to use and set up was a matter of a minute. Really simple. Just install the software and the computer finds the unit when its plugged into the wifi base. It's also much more quiet printing than an Office Jet as well. While it doesn't take as much paper, that's a minor negative compared to all the plusses you'll get from using a unit like this. The color is rich and vibrant, the black is perfect. Good product.

    Not compatible with Windows 10

The printer is in super great condition. I really like the design and it's friendly price. However if you are using Windows 10, you might want to think twice before you do the purchase unless you are super good at computer. I have followed every single step on the instruction (Google "HP Printers - After Windows 10 Upgrade, Printer Does Not Print") but it just can't print (the scanning function is working properly though). The "HP Print and Scan Doctor" cannot solve the problem either. Can't even print a test page.

  • HP LaserJet Pro MFP M277 Printer

The product is attractive. The scanner, Fax and printing is good quality. It prints fast. The negative is the setup software CD I received doesn't install on my Windows 10 in a Lenovo S20 Thinkstation. I tried it on two different Windows 10 computers and no success. I have to use Microsofts built in printer device tools in order to use scanning. I have not had any success yet from HP support or their Web based troubleshooting. The WiFi is a good feature. The "dw" on the end of it's model name means duplex and WiFi however the duplex is not a complete automatic duplexer like my old HP Laserjet 4050. I have to take the sheet out by hand and feed it back in to print on the back side.

  • My favorite printer

This is a product that Hewlett-Packard can be proud of. It prints well, does a nice job of wireless communication with devices such as the iphones and laptops computers, and scans well. It does a brilliant job of putting on both sides the paper without having to be handled, and as vibrant color. It was very easy to install it for me and a replacement unit, which my refurbished example was, was simply plug and play. Very nice. I will recommend this prayer, but as with many products now we prepared to pay quite a bit of money for toner.

  • Good Value Color Laser

This is a good printer and a great value for a color laser. Easy to set up and many ways to connect. Great that I can print remotely by sending to an email address. Good security too. So far the only issue I have is that the photos printed from my phone thus far are not great, too dark and the color seems off. I need to check how to calibrate it I'm guessing. Other than that everything else seems to print fine.

  • Great document printer.

Prints documents very well, with bright crisp text. Photos are a little dark, but of good quality otherwise. The printer will not, however, print photos using 4" by 6" photo paper. The photos appear with half of the picture looking only half exposed. Using full size photo paper works fine. So, I do not recommend this printer to print photos.

  • So Far So Good

The printer arrived in very good shape, like a brand new one. So far, I have tested it on printing, copying and scanning ( I didn't tested the fax function because phone line is not available in my home). The results were very good. However, printing on a photo paper wasn't good. Someones on the internet have mentioned that laser printers are not good at that. So it could be the reason, or just because I didn't set it up right for the photo printing. Anyway, I'll try it again later. So far I haven't printed a lot with the printer. So I can't tell how durable it is at this time. Hopefully it will be. Until then I give it a 4-star.

  • Refurb M277 Printer

After taking it out of the box, I plugged in the power cord, ethernet cable and phone cable. Then I went to the System Preferences (Mac) selected the printer option and everything nearly came together without my intervention. It couldn't have been easier. My iMac is connected to the printer by ethernet, but my laptop is not. I set the printer in the laptop's preferences and printed by WiFi without a hitch. Scanning is quick and easy also using the Image Capture app from Apple. I rarely use the fax function and have had no chance to do so. I think incoming and outgoing faxes will be just as easy. Note: I used an OEM toner to ensure good print quality and function. I'll try an aftermarket toner later and report back.

  • Color Laser All-In-One

This was the easiest All-In-One printer I've set up. I did not want to install software on my PC so I manually added the printer to my wireless network and then let each of my devices (Windows 10, iPad, Mac and iPhones) find it and they all work perfectly. Color quality and speed is fine with me (not a big picture person) but I did print a couple just to try it. Different size paper and envelopes are easy to use and figure out. Scan and Coping are easy and fast enough for my requirement but I haven't tried Faxing yet. So far I am satisfied.

  • Switched from InkJet

I finally got tired of paying big bucks for tiny ink jet cartridges every 6 months. So I took the plunge and stepped up to a laser printer. I could have purchased a less expensive black & white laser but my family really needs color. I looked around and found this “all in one” printer from HP. I love it. Be aware, it’s about the same size as my old ink jet but a whole lot heavier. The toner cartridges are more expensive, but the number of prints per cartridge is 3 times what you get with an ink jet, so you save money in the long run. My advice... just do it: Dump the ink jet, get a laser.
