My main complaint about this book is that it's too Americanised in termanology for me. Too many recipes including Zuccini, which I'm not very keen on, for one thing. Also there are no pictures for the recipes... a vital requirement, imo, for a cookery and recipe book, to know how the food should look. I had to return this, as not suitable for me and got a refund, Unfortunately having to pay return postage ate into my refund. Overall, a very unsatisfactory and disappointing purchase.
