It's OK. just keep you're fingers out of the way.
Just the right size to chop up baking potato size chips. The sharp crinkle produces aesthetically pleasing uniform chips; it's got good stainless steel which cleans easily and does not readily tarnish. Functionally, the handle is really in the wrong place to apply the swift, even, heavy downward pressure needed to chop the potato safely, I prefer to apply the pressure from the centre.
