Sony RF wireless headfones
Very nice headphones. Comfortable but quite big with strange rubber band for adjustment. Sound is very good except when the music goes quiet as there is a slight background hiss as it uses radio waves to transmit the sound. The transmitter emits quite a high level of electromagnetic radiation when very close to it but this is at a relatively low frequency. The range of the wireless headphone is good. Wearing them right now. Sound quality is poor, very clumbersome. No real size adjustment , just elastic that stretches over your head. When you do try and crank up the volume you get the wireless static noise, but they are just £26. If you want decent headphones then spend your money. Almost excellent
These headphones are comfortable to wear and easy to set up. Where they loose marks is when you stop using them. Because of the design of the base station there's nowhere convenient to hang them and they have to be physically plugged in to be recharged. Fantastic range, even through 3 concrete walls reached 20 metres!
The range of this set up quite amazed me, I live in a flat with external and internal concrete walls and could hear the music clearly from by my car 20 metres away and through 3 separate walls. Well impressed by this. Sound quality is pretty good, whilst not Bose sound, they are nowhere near Bose price, so perfectly acceptable to anyone but a perfectionist. Comfortable to wear and , whilst not the lightest, they don't feel heavy on. Only drawback is that they are strictly Wi-fi, so with no bluetooth the sender unit must be plugged into the device being used. Good for TV or stereo unit, not as good for mobile phone, but acceptable if you're close enough to answer it in time. Finally check your TV has an audio out socket that fits either a 3.5mm jack plug, or a 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter jack, if you are buying for TV use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I only use them for TV. I'm very deaf and can use them to listen to TV without any external volume. My wife can then adjust external volume to suit herself.
