    GIVI-FB3114-SUZUKI-DL1000-V-Strom-2017-BRACKET-to-fit-S902A-SAT-NAV-PHONE-HOLDER

    I bought this mount so that I could mount my sat nav in line of sight above the dash. It was easy enoungh to fit, but. The frame is a little to flimsey so the sat nav bounces around and vibrates a lot. Also when I came to use my Garmin Montana, which is slightly heavier than my TomTom, I found the screws holding the cross bar weren't gripping enough so the sat nav tilted down every so often. So if they made one with a slightly thicker cross bar and put a locking pin to stop the bar rotating it would a cracking bit of kit. But as it stands, well it does the job but not very well

    bar issues

    I was expecting the bar to be handlebar size not like a pencil. Still looking foir a bracket to fit the bar for my sat nav. On the plus side, the quality is good being givi, but doesn't make up for what is an useable bit of kit at present.
