Makes baking effortless.
This is my second Kitchenaid 6 quart stand mixer. I wore the first one out with bread and cookie making over 15 years! This one is quieter, which I love. It has an automatic slow start so ingredients don't fly up and out. It makes short work of making heavier items such as large batches of bread or a double batch of chocolate chip cookies with no groaning or effort. Cream whips up in a jiffy using the wire whip. The mixer was pretty much as expected. Noisy, meaning the gears were stripped was no issue, the fact that the product had been dropped and structurally bent was something else. It took several; hours with a heat gun to move the cast parts back to where they belonged.Verified purchase: Yes
