My dog LOVED this bed immediately... and he has only slept in a human bed.
My dog considers himself a human... lounges on the couch, bed, chairs, etc. He has never had a "dog bed". I purchased this bed because he travels with me in the car ALWAYS... and while I had a comforter in there, I thought that he would like the bed because it has the raised bolsters - he likes to rest with his head raised... and this bed did not disappoint.
