Frozen drinks done right!
This machine is awesome! The two stage design provides consistent results. No more rogue chunks of ice to slow down progress. The first stage is dedicated to shaving the ice. At first I was meticulously feeding equally sized pieces of ice, but that got old. Now, if it can fit in the hopper, it goes in. This has the power to process some fairly large ice blobs. I've also used this just to shave ice for fruit bowls etc. The second stage is dedicated to blending the shaved ice with your mixers. I love it. Filthy inside ice chute... In auto 3 drink mode, unlike the video from margaritaville website, it shaves ice and blends for nearly 10 seconds. It does not however > stop, rest, and reblend.
