    Life changing!!

    I bought this book for my sister as I had read it myself 15 years ago, since when I have neither smoked a cigarette nor had the slightest desire to do so. After reading this book it was as though some one had turned a light on inside my brain, enabling me to see smoking for the self destructive addiction and waste of time that it is. It is such a shame that if anyone mentions 'Allen Carr' the assumption is that one is talking about the third rate comedian/presenter, rather than a great man who has literally saved thousands of lives- mine included. If anyone deserved a knighthood it was Allen Carr the quit smoking therapist/author! .

    Alan carr's easy way to stop smoking

    It is a very repetitive read, but it needs to be so the content sticks with you. I have tried all possible ways to quit from patches to hypnotherapy spent hundreds of pounds in the process. I have not had a cig for 3 weeks and still feel positive I am proud to say I'm a none smoker.
