Exactly what I was after
This was bought to replace my previous desktop monitor of the same size but a different make. Slightly different dimensions to the previous making it a bit more widescreen which suits me great for work as I can display three pages at the same time at a size where they are still workable. The buttons are soft touch which results in me turning it off if I have to move it to demonstrate what I am doing on the computer but that is user error and not a fault of the monitor. Overall very happy with the picture quality and the robust design. If I give this a tap it stops shaking in 3-4 seconds where as my previous monitor seemed to keep shaking for ever.
