Great mixer, shame abouut the splash guard
Used the VonShef a few times, throwing the ingredients into the bowl and letting the VonShef mix it all in. It did a great job mixing, making a smooth batter, however, the splash guard was not good as when i started the mixer using dry ingredients to start with or later when adding a liquid, the flour came out through the splash guard hole where you can add more ingredients. as this does not have a cover, so I put my hand over the hole to stop this.
