The indoor bbq cooks cleanly, but the fast of the food cooked on it has NO BBQ TAST what so ever. It should be advertised as just a grill, one of which I already have so could have saved my money. Very disappointing.

This is quite unique regarding other grills I have used. The tray is filled with water to a level indicated below the elements. Yes it is a proper grill no way does the food get steamed. When you have finished cooking and the grill has cooled simply lift the elements from the tray and pour out the water from the tray, because all the grease drops into the water it needs very little cleaning, brilliant.

Unless you use large items to grill your food will likely fall through the grill into the water below. Since the heating element is obviously fixed, this leaves little manoeuvring for cleaning. Seen better kits than this.
