Its a great product if you like a little but besides that small problem it works wonders and it does the job and better than a window AC and it works like a 12BTU even thou it's 8BTU. Easy Set Up
I bought an older model LG (about a year ago & is still in use) which is MUCH larger than this one, although you cant really tell that in pics. Air distribution area is more even and effective despite being 8,000 btu versus my older model which is 10,000 btu. Does the job!
We bought this for our master bedroom and so far it does a great job at cooling the room quickly and evenly. It’s about as loud as a fan on high - which can sometimes bother me but for the most part I like it when I work night shift and can have this running during the day so nothing wakes me up. Best portable A/C for for horizontal windows
A standard window unit would NOT work for my HUGE horizontally sliding windows. The adapter fit perfectly! I had the unit running in 15 minutes. It's quiet, powerful and yet efficient.
