He was fixing my Servis machine, which had already cost me half as much in repair bills as it cost to buy, and his words turned out to be the best advice I ever had. I bought my first Bosch, and it lasted for eight years of regular hard use without a single problem. I bought this Bosch on the strength of that, and so far it's working well. Not quite as sturdy as my last one, but then it's a cheaper model. Easy to install, with just one cold water hose, and easy to use. Shove a load in, add wash powder, pick a programme and spin speed, and come back when it beeps. Clothes come out dry enough to finish drying indoors. Sole complaint?
