Good but cou,d be better
The phone can do many many things...calls, internet, pics,etc. Not all of these are intuitive to use and a lack of a owners manual or simplified instructions is sadly lacking. There is a 230 page "manual" on line but not very useful. Battery life is not great if you need/use a higher brightness screen. Was posted as new, but all the paint was worn off at the spot you plug in
This is the 3rd one I have owned, love the phone generally but I bought this phone said new in box, it was in the box but I have a hard time believing this was new, the part of the phone that you plug the charger into was worn out, the sliver was worn off and they after charging for 24 hrs, the battery only lasted less than an hour. I charged again and again the battery was at 50% after sitting unused for 15 minutes. This made me think that the battery was not good and with the look of the phone and the lack of battery strength that this phone was not new as sold but used.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Big Features in a Really Good Value Phone
I knew I needed to upgrade to a smart phone but as a senior with a fixed income the prices to buy new were un-affordable. I researched this older model of phone and liked what I read. The 13 mega pixel camera was a real selling feature as I also needed to replace a very old 4 mega pixel camera. I saw pictures taken by someone else with this model and was very impressed. Now I only need one device to carry with me. The phone is fast when processing data. It is not overly wide so easy to hold on to. The features of the phone are somewhat intuitive even for a 69 year old. I read the online manual, Googled items I needed to clarify and played with the phone for a few days. I was able to upgrade the OS when I first started it up and downloaded several apps. It comes loaded with more apps than I would ever use so I could delete them easily, cutting energy usage. Screen is big enough to read even Kindle books. Phone case is slippery so I suggest a cover or skin to protect and make it easier to hang on to. I did have to buy a new battery as this unit was never used and sat for about 4 years on a shelf. The new battery is great and I can use the phone for more than 3 days before I have to charge it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great and fast service
The service from these guys where great and can't complain about the price very good deal. The phone did have a lock feature that was not disable when I received but from reading the description I guess they where not able to tell due to the screen not working. Luckily I'm an experience tech and was able to clear and restore phone back to factory. Over all great people to do business with. I hope to do more business with them in the future. Very Nice Phone
My wife really likes this phone. She can now access facebook, read her email and write text messages much faster. She also likes the photo gallery and the camera takes excellent pictures. Easy to use
The Galaxy S4 is easy to use, good graphics, perfect camera, but just lacking a good battery. Samsung has history of batteries not having long power but I have not found another that can be ordered with longer life. One flaw
GF loves the phone but we found hers has the red LED glitch. No matter how much we cycle the battery or try to disable the low charge indicator, it pretty much stays on all the time. Samsung Galaxy S4. Still the best
My S4 that I have had for several years, died. When it was confirmed by the phone store that it had indeed died, I looked at all the new phones they had and was very disappointed to find that they were all larger. I was thrilled to find that I could still get a replacement on line. My "new" one is exactly the same size as my old one and I am able to use my old case. It's apparently a little newer because I'm learning it has additional features that my old one didn't. I'm very happy with my purchase.
