Like It a Lot - Blackberry is Under-rated IMO.
I was worried that I should have gotten the Blackberry Leap as it is a later phone but on the reviews many people feel the Z30 is slightly better. I love this phone. The phone is quality built, the screen display colours is good and the size is great for youtube though I am used to using a smaller iPhone 5s. Like I said, I love this phone even better than my iPhone 5s but unfortunately Blackberry is under-rated. The apps I have used so far from the Blackberry store have not been so great. The free ones I can just delete but I purchased a London Live Bus app that totally didn't work and I felt robbed and sent an email to Blackberry who have yet to respond (it's been 5 days). I want a refund. The popular Whatsapp is no longer developing for the Blackberry OS (from June 2017) which is disappointing but it seems a good alternative WeChat is still usable. Certain websites I could access on my Android phone and the Iphone 5s will now load in the Blackberry browser or the other browser I downloaded from the Blackberry store which has a glitch. So I haven't used the Amazon app store yet (because I don't agree with how Amazon treat their staff and customers and I said I wouldn't purchase from Amazon ever again) so maybe their android apps which are supposed to be compatible with the Z30 will hopefully at least work. The predictive texting on the Z30 is far better than the cheaply built Lumia (that has no front camera) and the iPhone 5s (in my opinion). If you are into using a lot of apps then this phone is probably not best for you. I can get by without using many apps but really I am missing not having a London bus tracker to tell me when the next bus is due. I did have an issue when the screen rotation stopped working but it was fixed after I used the BBVE (Blackberry Virtual Expert) app. Overall, I'm still happy with my Blackberry Z30 and it's too bad the phone is under-rated so much that Whatsapp is going to stop developing for Blackberry users.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great Phone
I'm not keen on the Android platform, was a Windows phone user for some years. Now using this Blackberry Z30, it's simple and straight forward and not too invasive, it doesn't keep telling you you have run or are running out of space or constantly need cleaning. Just a straight forward usable phone where I can view and reply to my email, surf the internet a bit and call and text. The battery life is pretty good get a good two days out of it without needing to charge and would be three days when lightly used, so brilliant battery.
