Excellent refurbished product
Purchased some refurbished B&O H8 headphones. For a B grade refurb they looked brand new! No marks or scatches, Incredible build quality and sound. The bass is punchy and although the treble doesnt seem as loud it is crystal clear. These are my 1st active noise cancelling headphones so have no comparison against others but they block out most outside noise in the environments ive used them in (buses, gym and in the office mainly) Great value for money as they were a fraction of the £400 rrp. I personally think these are the best looking headphones on the market, and still better looking than the H8i which recently replaced them. I highly recommend them. Beautiful Headphones with Great Sound but Terrible Bluetooth Connectivity
Well-designed, beautiful and with great sound; for the sub-£200 I paid for these headphones, they are fantastic and well worth the money. Now for the major caveat: The flaw with these headphones is the terrible bluetooth connectivity range; you can barely move away from the audio source before sound starts to cut out, particularly if you move into a different room. My AKG Y50BT headphones do not have this problem at all and they are much more affordable. I haven't had much of an opportunity to test out the noise-cancelling option yet. On a more positive note: If you download the Beoplay app you can adjust the soundstage of the H8's which is a great feature.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Superb quality headphones
Bought as new at heavily discounted price compared to beoplay official website store . Appear to be sealed new product as advertised. Mine have very minor cosmetic imperfections on the right earpiece which makes me think they are graded product. That said they sound absolutely superb and the most comfortable headphones I have had. The touch pad is tricky to use but I am getting used to it and I tend to use the pretty good android app anyway. I have quite a lot of beoplay portable gear now and it's top quality build and sound. I would be unhappy to pay full list prices for this or any other beoplay items but with a reasonable discount beoplay gear is worth the high outlay if audio is big in your life, you appreciate nice build quality and you can't get regular access to good home hifi.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice fit, easy setup. Included is a soft carry bag,, Nice touch sensitive volume/channel/phone answer on the right ear pad. I'm not techy but got used to the swipe, circle & tap way to control functions. Excellent at cutting stopping outside noise , better than dedicated builders ear defenders ! Sound quality is crystal clear as you would expect from B&O. Sits ON the ear with soft supple memory foam filled earpads so comfy to wear for long periods. It can be wired, i have only used it in Bluetooth as my tv has no speaker socket ? Great for making/receiving phone calls, the microphone is superb as I do not like to shout on the phone & infringe on others, if anything i speak quieter & was well impressed with its voice pickup whilst omitting background noise. A lot of money yes, a lot of headphone yes. Both you would expect from B&O. For those who know B&O ! For those who don't, try. Not headphones, more quality speakers for the ears. Enjoy !!

B&O H8 wireless headphones - amazing style, awesome sound
Pros...Beautiful design, robust build, great colours and feel. Sound quality is just fantastic. Charge hold is very good. Bluetooth connectivity is great and easily identified on your Mobile phone (I'm using a Sony XZ premium ). Cons...Bluetooth occasionally not able to connect to my phone (not sure if its my phone to blame). The earphone touch-pad is sensitive and sometimes I accidentally call the last caller.

Great build, warm sound but with horrible technical problems.
These headphones were great value for money as I picked them up at a reduced price, however I would be pretty disappointed has I paid full price for the given some of the audio problems. First, the design of these headphones is stunning. They feel very solid and are finished in metal and genuine leather. They feel as premium as you would expect from Bang & Olufsen. Please note however that these are not over-ear headphones (like the H6's for example) as these sit on-ear, and as a result you will hear a thud if you are walking with them on - especially in flat shoes. The sound itself is much warmer than some other Bang & Olufsen headphones. I used to own the H6's which had a really wide sound stage and strong mids and highs, but these have much more focus on bass. Almost a little too much for my liking as it overwhelms the other instruments and vocals in certain tracks. I'm hoping they burn-in over time and start to produce a more flat sound otherwise I may look to sell them on and get another pair of H6s. So, the build is excellent and the sound is good, but the main problem when you use the Bluetooth and the noise cancelling. The bluetooth seems to drop out for the odd second here and there which I've never experienced with Sennheisers or AKGs. This is annoying, but nowhere near as bad as the ANC problem. The ANC is actually very good, and kills train noise very well, but when you've got the ANC switched on and press the metal headband inwards these phones create the most unpleasant, loud high-pitched feedback noise you'll ever hear in headphones. Since I can't get a replacement through the retailer (out of stock) I am likely to send mine off to Bang & Olufsen for repair. Unacceptable for such an expensive product, but if they can fix them I would give 4/5 stars.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent product but make sure you update the firmware
Excellent noise cancelling headphones. Light, comfortable and stylish just what I was looking for and at a good price. Just make sure you update the headphone firmware otherwise the Bluetooth connection is poor. These were exceptional value, considering they are new and well below the RRP. B&O is recognised as a premium product and these headphones don't disappoint, Quality materials and a solid feel, without being heavy. They sit well on my ears an are very comfortable. Utterly superb sound with amazing noise reduction
These headphones have amazing noise cancellation ability, most noticeable when you have loud background noise like being on a plane, train or in a crowded place. The silence that envelopes you when you switch them on is almost sureal. Then when the music starts, you feel you're in a studio or concert hall.
